Description of Work - In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12-month contract period. <br />What specific activities will be undertaken during the contract period. Please be concise in your response. Only the <br />viewable space will print. <br />Thomas House Temporary Shelter is a transitional homeless family, with children, shelter. The Thomas House <br />program supplies food, shelter and a full spectrum of life skill services to clients at no cost. The program is designed <br />to remove life skill deficiencies and to teach new life skill services to clients that they will require to become and <br />remain self-sufficient. Fund received under this ESG program will be used to help pay for utilities, food and supplies <br />and insurance for former Santa Ana Residents who are now homeless. <br /> <br />Schedule of Performace <br />Estimate the number of ONLY unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program during the 12- <br />month contract period per quarter. (Enter number of new Santa Ana clients served each quarter.
