Our strategy to provide high-quality <br />work products revolves around our dedicated point <br />of contact, Christopher Mundhenk. In addition to these team <br />members, we are able to draw upon the knowledge <br />and expertise from our 10 California offices and over <br />230 professionals to address any issue that may arise. <br />These experts cover the full range of issues required <br />to prepare a comprehensive, legally -defensible <br />environmental documents and technical studies. <br />Key Personnel <br />D2:1100.70:0507 <br />EIP/PBS&J understands that every project is unique, <br />and we are dedicated to creating a project team for <br />each assignment in order to address project -specific <br />critical issues. We believe our project approach, <br />combined with the experience of our technical team, <br />make a winning combination. <br />MANAGEMENT TEAM AND KEY <br />TECHNICAL STAFF <br />Preparation of an environmental document, as well <br />as intra -agency and inter -agency coordination for <br />local projects requires the careful coordination of staff <br />resources as well as consistent application of impact <br />assessment techniques. Terri S. Vitar, Associate Vice <br />President and Senior Program Manager, will serve as <br />Project Director for all projects. Terri will provide <br />CEQA expertise and review for all environmental <br />documents to ensure consistency, technical accuracy, <br />and compliance with all applicable plans and <br />standards. Christopher Mundhenk, Ruta Kshirsagar, <br />and Alison Rondone will serve as project managers, <br />with assistance from TJ Nathan and Julian Capata as <br />Deputy Project Managers. <br />Each project manager brings extensive experience <br />preparing CEQA/NEPA documentation and has <br />extensive knowledge of the policies of all of the <br />local regulatory agencies. Christopher Mundhenk <br />has over seven years of experience providing project <br />management and coordination for environmental <br />documents.
