Ruta <br />Kshirsagar, REA, is the Los Angeles Office CEQA/ <br />NEPA Program Manager, as well as a Senior Project <br />Manager responsible for managing the preparation <br />and coordination of highly complex, controversial <br />and visible environmental documentation for rural <br />and urban development projects throughout the <br />state of California. She is currently managing EIP/ <br />PBS&J's master contract with the Los Angeles <br />Unified School District (LAUSD). Alison Rondone <br />provides project management as well as technical and <br />analytical assistance for a variety of environmental <br />documentation, natural resources permitting, and <br />urban planning projects. She recently completed <br />management of the highly controversial Rose <br />Bowl Stadium Renovation Project for the City of <br />Pasadena. <br />With the commitment and combined expertise <br />of our senior management team and technical <br />specialists, EIP/PBS&J will ensure that each work <br />product and planning and environmental compliance <br />consultation are high quality and legally defensible, <br />while simultaneously completed on time and within <br />budget. <br />Full resumes for each team member and subcontractor <br />are included at the end of our Statement of <br />Qualifications. <br />Terri Vitar, Project Director (20% <br />Availability) <br />Terri Vitar, Associate Vice President and Senior <br />Program Manager, is a CEQAINEPA specialist with <br />over 21 years of experience managing complex, high- <br />profile, multi -disciplinary project teams. She has <br />a solid background in environmental compliance, <br />transportation planning, water resources planning, <br />and natural resources management, with particular <br />expertise in managing projects that require the <br />integration of CEQA and NEPA with other state <br />and federal environmental statutes. These include <br />Sections 401, 402, and 404 of the Clean Water <br />Act, the California and federal Endangered Species <br />Acts; the National Historic Preservation Act, and the <br />California Coastal Act. Terri was recently retained by <br />Key Personnel <br />D2a100.7Q0507 <br />the California Coastal Conservancy to provide expert <br />environmental counsel for a variety of Southern <br />California projects. <br />Terri has served as Project Manager for the Long <br />Range Development Plan EIR and several other <br />environmental documentation projects for the <br />University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), as <br />well as the Santa Monica College Parking Structure <br />B EIR for the City of Santa Monica. <br />Christopher Mundhenk, Senior Project <br />Manager (40% Availability) <br />Christopher Mundhenk is a Senior Project Manager <br />with extensive experience in managing environmental <br />document development for a multitude of NEPA <br />and CEQA compliance projects. His expertise also <br />includes conducting biological surveys, and noise and <br />air quality modeling and monitoring, and general <br />construction monitoring. He recently completed <br />the Metro East Mixed Use Overlay Zone Program <br />EIR, which also involved a project -level component, <br />for the City of Santa Ana, and is currently Deputy <br />Project Manager for the Bear Creek South Master <br />Development Plan EIR. He also has a working <br />knowledge of the regulations of the California <br />Coastal Act from his time at the California Coastal <br />Commission. <br />Ruta Kshirsagar, Senior Project Manager <br />(35% Availability) <br />Ruta Kshirsagar, REA, CEQA/NEPA Program <br />Manager, is responsible for managing the preparation <br />and coordination of highly complex, controversial <br />and visible environmental documentation for rural <br />and urban development projects throughout the state <br />of California. She has over nine years of experience <br />managing a diversified mix of projects, many of which <br />have been highly contentious and controversial such <br />as the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) <br />Central Los Angeles Area Learning Center No. 1 <br />(Ambassador) EIR, the New South Coast County <br />Golf Course EIR in the City of Rolling Hills Estates <br />and the Salida Community Plan Update EIR and <br />related documents in Stanislaus County.
