She has managed a wide <br />range of projects, including large transportation <br />improvement, university growth planning, seismic <br />retrofit, and problematic residential projects. She <br />recently completed management of the highly <br />controversial Rose Bowl Stadium Renovation Project <br />for the City of Pasadena, as well as many other highly <br />visible and controversial projects. In addition, Alison <br />managed the Stockton Event Center EIR for the <br />City of Stockton, which was completed in 2003. <br />Her expertise also extends to public participation <br />components of various projects. <br />TJ Nathan, Deputy Project Manager (35% <br />Availability) <br />Ti Nathan is an Associate Manager with <br />extensive experience in preparing and managing <br />CEQA documents. She has broad knowledge of <br />environmental impact analysis requirements and <br />regulations. Her expertise includes a wide range of <br />sectors including: residential, industrial, commercial, <br />mixed-use, institutional, and redevelopment projects, <br />as well as Specific Plans and General Plan Updates. <br />Her experience managing projects provides her with <br />Key Personnel <br />D2AIM70A507 <br />the tools for effective project team communication <br />and coordination efforts, and attention to project <br />detail. Her recent project experience includes serving <br />as deputy project manager for the Metro East Mixed <br />Use Overlay Zone and Environmental Impact Report <br />for the City of Santa Ana and served as project <br />manager for the Huntington Beach Senior Center <br />EIR. <br />Julian Capata, Deputy Project Manager <br />(30% Availability) <br />Julian Capata is an Environmental Professional <br />providing technical support for a variety of <br />environmental documentation projects. His <br />background includes experience in both federal and <br />state environmental policy. Julian's base knowledge <br />is enhanced by his work in ArcGIS, Arcview, and all <br />aspects of cartographic and geographic theory. His <br />GIS modeling experience includes using MapInfo to <br />import, edit, and create GIS data layers within set <br />timeframes. His expertise and skill set will be utilized <br />to evaluate and analyze CEQA documents. Julian's <br />recent experience includes providing technical <br />support for projects such as the Metro East Mixed Use <br />Overlay Zone and Environmental Impact Report for <br />the City of Santa Ana and The Shops at Santa Anita <br />Park Specific Plan for the City of Arcadia. <br />Kaplan Chen Kaplan - Cultural Resources <br />Pam O'Connor, Senior Preservation <br />Planner (20% Availability) <br />Pam O'Connor is a Senior Preservation Planner with <br />over 20 years experience with historical evaluations in <br />Southern California. Within the City of Santa Ana, <br />she most recently completed a historical evaluation <br />of the West End Lofts. Pam also serves as a member <br />of the Santa Monica City Council and is well aware <br />of the process that City's must take and concerns <br />that must be addressed, especially as they pertain to <br />historic structures. <br />10 <br />
