Total number of unduplicated clients (Santa Ana and Non -Santa Ana Residents) anticipated to be served by the <br />funded program, named above, during the 12 -month contract period. <br />250 Persons <br />II. Number of ONLY unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program, named above, during the <br />12 -month contract period. <br />30 Persons <br />Program and Funding Description <br />III. Description of Work - In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12 -month contract period. <br />What specific activities will be undertaken during the contract period. Please be concise in your response. Only the <br />viewame space wm print. <br />Friendship Shelter provides emergency shelter for homeless unaccompanied adult men and women, 29 individuals at <br />a time, @250 in a year. We are able to serve those who are mentally ill, people in recovery from substance abuse and <br />people homeless due to a personal crise, i.e., illness, loss or work or marital breakup. In addition to receiving clean, <br />safe and comfortable shelter, our residents receive three meals a day, laundry services, clothing, hygiene items and <br />access to telephones, computers, fax and message services. <br />All residents participate in our structured and comprehensive Self -Sufficiency Program and must save 80% of their <br />income for appropriate housing. The program provides individual case management, group and career counseling, life <br />skills training, substance abuse recovery support and a variety of workshops. <br />Schedule of Performace <br />Estimate the number of ONLY unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program during the 12 - <br />month contract period per quarter. (Enter number of new Santa Ana clients served each quarter.
