It is designed to assiste agencies and local jurisdictions to comply with <br />HUD requirements. <br />Each resident is entered into the CMIS database upon acceptance into the facility. Demographics and case <br />management information is input as nescessary during the clients stay, as is exit data including type of housing found. <br />In addition, pertinent demographic data on residents from Santa Ana is kept on a separate spreadsheet for timely grant <br />reporting. <br />Periodic reports will show the number of individuals served and interim housing achieved <br />Exhibit A-1 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
