Michelle's housing element experience includes <br />1998-2005 planning period updates for the cities of Fontana, Dana <br />Point, Palm Springs, and the 2008-2014 planning period update for the <br />City of Industry, La Quinta, El Monte, and Ontario. <br />JORGE ESTRADA <br />Associate Planner <br />Role: Project Associate <br />Jorge is an exceptionally diverse planner with a <br />reputation for Quality, experience with project <br />management, and facility with both environmental and <br />community planning. He also has nearly fiveyears of <br />experience in the public sector. As an associate planner <br />his duties have included managing development <br />proposals such as general plan amendments, zone changes, master <br />plans, and residential tract maps: presenting staff reports and resolutions <br />before the various City approval bodies; preparing environmental <br />documents: training and supervising project entitlement team staff; and <br />managing various City databases.
