As a fluent Spanish speaker, reader and writer, Ms. Yanez-Forgash has particular expertise working with Latino <br />communities. <br />Relevant Experience <br />Interstate 5/State Route 74 Interchange Project For the City of San Juan Capistrano, Ms. Yanez-Forgash is responsible for <br />public meeting coordination and material development on this major redesign of the interchange between Interstate 5 and <br />State Route 74 (Ortega Highway). <br />Oceanside Circulation Element For the City of Oceanside, Ms, Yanez-Forgash is coordinating a series of community meetings <br />to obtain public input on the City's update to the Circulation Element. This includes outreach to distinct areas of the City and <br />coordination with the technical team. <br />Alternative Technologies for Solid Waste Disposal The City of Los Angeles is seeking innovative methods for the processing <br />of solid waste from households throughout the City in order to divert trash piling up in the City's landfills.
