The concept definition will <br />include: <br />• Identification of short and long term capital facilities necessary to <br />accommodate the components of the Transit Vision as developed in Task 4. <br />• Proposals for expanding the SARTC to the east and south <br />• Site plan concept for the expanded SARTC <br />• Integration of Transit Oriented Development on and adjacent to the SARTC, <br />consistent with the City of Santa Ana's land use plans and policies. <br />5.3 PB will evaluate the fxed guideway/streetcar and SARTC expansion project <br />concept relative to the OCTA Go Local criteria and identify the degree to which <br />the project concepts address the OCTA Go Local program criteria, goals and <br />objectives. <br />5.4 PB will prepare a Project Concept Definition Chapter for the Final Study Report <br />5.5 PB will prepare one (1) site plan and one (1) architect's rendering of the SARTC <br />expansion. PB will enhance the Power Point presentation prepared as part of <br />Task 4 to include the Project Concept renderings and visual simulations. <br />Deliverables: <br />Project Concept Definition Chapter 4 in Final Study Report <br />Prepare one (1) Site Plan and one (1) Architect's Rendering of the SARTC <br />expansion <br />Task 6. Outreach and Communications <br />6.1 PB will support the City of Santa Ana staff with outreach and communication <br />related to the Transit Vision and Go Local Project Concept Definition Study. PB <br />support will include preparation of meeting materials, and attending and <br />presenting study information at the following meetings: <br />• Up to five (5) Strategy Meetings with City staff and OCTA <br />• One (1) Environmental and Transportation Advisory Committee (ETAC) <br />meetings <br />• Up to three (3) Santa Ana City Council Transportation Committee meetings <br />• Up to two (2) business/property owner meetings <br />• One (1) City of Santa Ana Planning Commission meeting <br />
