Metrolink and Amtrak <br />Train Service would also be .available through bus service to the <br />Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. The proposed project <br />would not be in conflict with any City policies regarding <br />alternative modes of transportation. Nor would implementation of <br />the proposed project displace any existing modes of public <br />transportation provided within the project area. <br />XVI. UTILITIES and SERVICE SYSTEMS <br />D. The City of Santa Ana <br />produces water from two sources. The Orange County Groundwater <br />Basin provides 66% of the annual water supply and the <br />Metropolitan Water District provides 34% of the annual water <br />supply. The City of Santa Ana has 19 active wells with combined <br />• capacities of approximately 42,500 gallons per minute.
