<br />1. STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />1.1 Phase One: <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana seeks a vendor to act as the City's Large Account Reseller (LAR) with <br />Microsoft for an Enterprise Agreement (EA) under the County of Riverside (COR) I California <br />County Information Services Directors Association (CCISDA) master agreement. The selected <br />vendor must be qualified as a LAR under CORlCCISDA. <br /> <br />For Microsoft software and services that the City elects not to include in the EA, the selected <br />vendor must be qualified to act at the City's Large Account Reseller (LAR) with Microsoft for a <br />Select Agreement under a State of California's Software Licensing Program (SLP) or Califqrnia <br />Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) master agreement. <br /> <br />1.2 Phase Two: <br /> <br />Once selected, the candidate LAR vendor will assist the City of Santa Ana in preparing its <br />submission to Microsoft for an EA under the CORlCCISDA master agreement. This will include <br />assistance in determining specific EA products and quantities, Select vs. EA analysis, <br />term/payment analysis, etc. <br /> <br />1.3 Phase Three: <br /> <br />After specific pricing based on determined products/quantities and software assurance offsets <br />approval of the EA will be requested from the Santa Ana City Council. <br /> <br />1.4 Phase Four: <br /> <br />The selected and approved vendor will provide Microsoft EA and Select based services and <br />related Microsoft products to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />2. CONTENTS OF AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS <br /> <br />2.1 To assess qualifications in providing services, as specified in Section 1 above, every <br />Proposer is required to complete and submit the Proposal Response Form (Appendix A) or a <br />separate submission with a response to each item included in the "Proposal Response Form." <br /> <br />2.2 The Proposer is to submit their proposal in a sealed package bearing the firm's name <br />and address and clearly marked as follows: <br /> <br />Proposal to Provide Microsoft <br />Enterprise Agreement Related Services <br />for the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />Page 3 of 17 <br />
