Cleaning, disinfecting & de- scaling plumbing fixtures and associated areas <br />Vacuuming and cleaning carpet, mats, wall /furniture fabric and upholstery <br />Cleaning non - carpeted floors <br />Disinfecting furniture, fixtures, walls & partitions <br />Cleaning HVAC vents, blinds, drapes and wall fabric <br />General and high dusting <br />Sweeping and trash pick up for on -site parking and driveway areas <br />Windows, glass and mirror cleaning <br />Rearranging furniture <br />Refilling dispensers <br />Emptying trash and ash can receptacles <br />Waxing vinyl and tile floors <br />Spot cleaning various surfaces <br />Spray buffing & machine scrubbing hard floors <br />Sweeping of patios, balconies and exterior areas <br />Cleaning of food areas, microwaves and refrigerators <br />Specialized cleaning of fitness equipment <br />Semi - annual wall clock battery replacement & time reset <br />1.2 Statement of Work: Proposer shall submit a specific work plan in the form of a detailed <br />breakdown that will meet the Police Department's overall listed maintenance and quality <br />objectives. The quantity of proposed work hours must be included in this breakdown. <br />The Proposer shall furnish all necessary labor, supplies, tools, uniforms, transportation, <br />parking, and insurance required for the provision of required services. <br />
