CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />1. Furnish construction plans and specifications to the consultant. <br /> <br />2. Coordinate with the contractor regarding work schedule and notify the <br />consultant 24 hours in advance for the required inspections and tests. <br /> <br />V. SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Proposals are due in the office of the Executive Director of Public Works Agency <br />before 5:00 p.m. on November 27,2007 to the attention of Mr. James G. Ross, <br />Executive Director of Public Works Agency at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Ross Annex, <br />Santa Ana, California 92702. <br /> <br />VII. PROPOSAL REJECTION <br /> <br />The city reserves the right to change the proposal and schedule and to reject any <br />- or-all-proposals. If such decisionismade,_theCityshaILnoLbe liable Jor-any pre- <br />contractual Expenses. <br /> <br />Pre-contractual expenses are defined as expenses incurred by the proposer in: (a) <br />preparing the proposal in response to this RFP; (b) submitting that proposal to the <br />City; (c) negotiating with the City any matter related to this proposal; and(d) any <br />other expenses incurred by offer or prior to date of award. <br /> <br />Proposer shall not include any such expenses as part of the fee as proposed in <br />response to this RFP. <br /> <br />VIII. ADDENDA <br /> <br />Any changes to the RFP shall be made in the form of an addendum by the issuing <br />office to those parties who have received the RFP. <br /> <br />IX. PROPOSAL CONTENT AND SIGNATURE <br /> <br />The proposer shall submit eight copies of the proposal.
