These will be reviewed annually. <br /> <br />We have ascertained that our work force attitude is conducive to the principles of <br />affirmative action and to non discriminatory treatment for all employees regardless <br />of minority group status or sex. <br /> <br />4: Dissemination of the EEO Policy <br /> <br />4.1: External dissemination will be accomplished as follows: The Company will inform its recruiting <br />sources requesting that these sources actively recruit and refer minorities and women for all <br />positions listed. <br /> <br />4.2: Internal Dissemination <br /> <br />The Company's policy concerning its Affirmative Action Program will be disseminated internally as <br />follows: <br /> <br />4.2.1: <br /> <br />4.2.2: <br /> <br />4,2,3: <br /> <br />4.2.4: <br /> <br />4.2.5: <br /> <br />The policy will be included in our personnel policy manual. <br /> <br />The policy and our"accomplishments will be publicized in our company publications. <br /> <br />Special meetings will be held at least once each year with all other employees to <br />discuss the policy and explain individual employee responsibilities. <br /> <br />When employees are featured in any publications, both minority men and women <br />will be pictured. <br /> <br />The existence of the Company's Affirmative Action Program will be communicated <br />to all employees by posting a notice on the bulletin board. A copy of the Program <br />will be available in the office of the EEO Coordinator. <br /> <br />5: Comoliance With Policies And Practices With Sex Discrimination Guideline <br /> <br />5,1 : It is the policy of the Company to provide equal employment opportunities to qualified individuals <br />regardless of sex through a positive program designed to employ and advance the employment of <br />both sexes. This policy shalf cover all personnel practices, including hiring, upgrading, demotion <br />or transfer, recruitment of recruitment advertising, layoff or termination, rates of payor other forms <br />of compensation and selection for training. <br /> <br />5.1,1: <br /> <br />We will utilize the following measures to monitor this policy: <br /> <br />5.1.2: <br /> <br />5,1.3: <br /> <br />5.1.4: <br /> <br />5.1.5: <br /> <br />5.1,6: <br /> <br />All written personnel policies will expressly indicate that there shall be no <br />discrimination against employees because of sex. <br /> <br />Employees of both sexes will have an equal opportunity to any available job that he <br />or she is qualified to perform. <br /> <br />The Company will not make any distinction based upon sex in employment <br />opportunities, wages, hours, or other conditions of employment. <br /> <br />The Company shall not discriminate against individuals on the basis of sex in its <br />insurance, pensions, welfare programs, and other similar "fringe benefits". <br /> <br />The Company shall not discriminate against any individual on the basis of marital <br />status. <br /> <br />The Company shall not deny employment to any individual because he or she has <br />young children. <br />
