The lowest <br />bid was submitted by Noeticorp, for $464,400, which is below the <br />Engineer's estimate of $500,000. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />An Environmental Review Nos. 2006-171, and 2008-15 has been completed and <br />a Categorical Exemption will be filed for the Project pursuant to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$603,500 for the project (Exhibit 2). Funds are available in the Highway <br />Bridge Replacement Rehabilitation Fund (account no. 59-551-6631) and the <br />Residential Street Improvement Expenditure Fund (account no. 58-552-6631) <br />and the Measure M Turnback Fund (account no. 32-551-6631). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />James G.
