Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $300,000 from the <br />Downtown Santa Ana Business Improvement District and appropriating <br />the same. <br />2. Award a contract to Elite Bobcat Service, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the estimated amount <br />of $1,994,243.60 for construction of Fourth Street Improvements. <br />3. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $2,492,800. <br />4.
