Description of Work - In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12 -month contract period. <br />What specific activities will be undertaken during the contract period. Please be concise in your response. Only the <br />an Options will provide 15 Santa Ana residents experiencing domestic violence in their home with a safe place to <br />and support services that will move them toward self - sufficiency, emotionally, economically and socially. Human <br />)ns Emergency Shelter provides shelter and services for up to 45 days. During this time clients will receive <br />tance in obtaining permanent housing, psychological counseling, employment counseling, nutritional counseling, <br />portation, job placement and childcare. These funds will be used to support the Shelter Program Director's <br />y. The Program Director oversees the entire operation of the shelter on a day -by -day basis. She interacts not <br />with the staff, but with every client. She supervises the staff and advises them on any decisions made regarding <br />client. The Shelter Program Director at Human Options has been in this position for eleven years. <br />Schedule of Performace <br />Estimate the number of ONLY unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program during the 12- <br />month contract period per quarter.
