5.1. Assist in preparation of qualified bidder list. <br />5.2. Assist College in review of bids and selection of contractor(s). <br />5.3. Assist College in negotiations and start-up of sign contractor relationship. <br />5.4. Review shop drawings, color and material samples and mock-ups provided by sign contractors. <br />5.5. Inspect work of sign contractor. <br />5.6. Assist in administration installation of typical signage elements at the project site. <br />5.7. Prepare "punch list" of items requiring post installation attention by sign contractor. <br />Work Products: Submittals review; RM s review; installation observation, punch lists preparation. <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />Engineering of signage elements (this is normally included in the contractors' final shop drawings — <br />they must obtain the actual sign permits from the city). <br />HUNT DESIGN STAFF FOR THE SANTA ANA ZOO ASSIGNMENT <br />The Santa Ana Zoo project taps into many of the talents of Hunt Design. The project will be managed by <br />firm Principal Jennifer Bressler and designed by Senior Designers, In Sung Kim and Heather Watson. <br />Documentation will be lead by Hunt Design Technical Director, Dinnis Lee. <br />Jennifer Bressler, Principal, Senior Designer. Ms. Bressler joined Hunt Design after working with the <br />prestigious design firm, Looking. She has project managed and designed the signage and graphics for a <br />number of Hunt Design projects such as Top of the World Visitor Center at the New York World Trade <br />Center, Sears Tower Skydeck, and streetscape projects for the cities of Oxnard, Redondo, Wichita and <br />Pasadena. Her personal experience includes teaching at Art Center College of Design and UCLA <br />Extension. <br />In Sung Kim, Senior Designer. Having joined Hunt Design in 1999, Mr. Kim has contributed to and <br />worked on numerous city wayfinding projects, such as Downtown Brea, Wichita, and Inglewood. Other <br />projects include designs for Universal Studios, Disney, MGM Grand, Edelman Children's Court and <br />Southwest College. <br />Dinnis Lee, Technical Director. With over nineteen years experience in the development and production <br />of environmental graphics, Mr. Lee has worked with such firms as Ampersand Contract Signing Group, <br />Don Clark Design Office, Sanchez/Kamps Associates, Gensler Associates, Donahue Schriber and the <br />Irvine Company. Since joining Hunt Design in 1992, he has made major technical contributions to such <br />projects as Port of Long Beach, Culver City Streetscape, Regional Justice Center, Wichita, <br />CaliforniaMart, Southwest College, California State University Los Angeles Cafeteria and Bookstore,Los <br />Angeles Children's Zoo, <br />and Kennedy Space Center <br />SCHEDULE <br />( Exclusive of SA Zoo reviews and approvals.) <br />1.
