1 '~ COUNTY shall have the right to unilaterally modify this agreement to meet such requirements. <br />2 INSTRUCTORS <br />3 7. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all instructors involved in the training of participants are <br />4 qualified to instruct in the appropriate program or training component or curriculum. If necessary, such <br />instructors shall be appropriately certified by the State of California. Within thirty (30) days after the <br />5I <br />execution of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall submit to DIRECTOR a list of the names and <br />6' <br />qualifications of all instructors who will be providing such training and shall notify DIRECTOR within five <br />7 <br />(5) business days of any amendments or revisions thereto. <br />$ PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />9 8. CONTRACTOR shall comply with and adhere to the performance accountability standards and <br />10 general program requirements described in Sections 136 (Performance Standards) and 195 (General <br />11 Program Requirements) of the Act and applicable regulations and as contained in Exhibit "C". Should the <br />12 Performance Requirements defined in the Agreement between the State of California and the County of <br />13 Orange be changed, COUNTY shall have the right to unilaterally modify this agreement to meet such <br />requirements. <br />14 <br />PLANS AND PROCEDURES <br />15 <br />9. CONTRACTOR shall monitor its program for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. <br />16 <br />CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable parts of COUNTY's WIA Policies and Procedures for <br />17 <br />recruitment, intake, assessment and referral, copies of which are available from DIRECTOR. Said <br />18 Policies and Procedures may be modified by DIRECTOR upon ten (10) days written notice to <br />19 CONTRACTOR. <br />20 SATISFACTORY WORK <br />21 10. Services rendered hereunder are to be performed to the written satisfaction of DIRECTOR. <br />22 COUNTY's staff will interpret all reports and determine the quality, acceptability and progress of the <br />23 services rendered in accordance with the Performance Criteria listed in Exhibit "C". Inconsistencies in <br />24 performance will be corrected as they occur and are detected. <br />REPORTS <br />25 <br />11. CONTRACTOR shall maintain records and submit such reports, data and information at such <br />26 <br />WIA COST REIMBURSEMENT CONTRACT -REV. 8-15-07 9 <br />20D-11 <br />
