The project provides for construction of thin asphalt
concrete overlay, replacement of damaged concrete curbs, gutters,
sidewalks, and curb ramps. Once completed, these improvements will
enhance the ride quality and visual appearance of the neighborhoods.
The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on January 30 and February 1,
2008, and bids were opened on February 20, 2008.
