Noble Company, for $6,698,810, which is below <br />the Engineer's estimate of $8,200,000. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is exempt from future review. Categorical Exemption Environmental <br />Review No. 208-43 will be field for the project. <br />FISGP,L IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$8,790,300 for the project (Exhibit 2).
