Attachment 4 <br />Lawson Performance Audit <br />A Technical Consultant will conduct a thorough evaluation of your current system <br />environment and report recommendations for optimum Lawson operational environment <br />and throughput improvements. <br />This is a remote service using a dial -up connection to the system or the Lawson WebEx <br />Center. The audit is a pro- active tool designed to ensure the best possible performance <br />from the system based on years of customer monitoring. <br />Duration <br />Approximately 8 hours comprised of: <br />System Monitoring <br />Statistics gathering <br />Analysis of statistics <br />Documenting the findings <br />Conference call with client technical team to discuss recommendations <br />Deliverables <br />In -depth evaluation of the Relational Database Management System <br />In -depth evaluation of the Windows or Unix Environment, i.e.: Kernel parameters, <br />memory, CPU, 1/0 subsystems, and more <br />In -depth evaluation of Lawson system setup and Environment performance <br />statistics <br />In -depth evaluation of Lawson IOS /RMI and Portal setup <br />In -depth evaluation of Lawson Process Flow system configuration <br />Documented recommendations for environment and system tuning to be <br />provided within 5 business days <br />One hour conference call with the clients technical team to review results <br />54 <br />
