Software License Agreement <br />1) Warranty. The City expects a warranty that provides it with assurances that the software will conform to the <br />functional requirement responses represented by the vendor. The warranty will extend 24 months from the installation of the software. <br />Lawson and S &S Response: The Software's Product Warranty is in effect as long as the City maintains a <br />valid maintenance contract fbr the licensed product.
