0 <br />10 Confidential <br />control and the facilitate management of our employees, we <br />have developed multiple web -based project tracking and <br />workforce management tools, which are fully integrated with <br />our entire operations. A key feature of the program is <br />automatic documentation. The program documents the <br />specific actions taken by members of our team - Staff <br />Manager, On -Site Manager, our onsite staff, and our corporate <br />staff, - thus verifying Project Partners has the control over its <br />employees, and thus we are the true employer of record. <br />In addition, the web -based tools give both our corporate and <br />field staff the administrative ability to easily monitor and guide <br />staff work. <br />1.3.4 Training <br />Project Partners believes that training is essential in <br />maintaining the high -quality cutting edge professionals needed <br />on critical projects. We commit to training our people so that <br />they perform at top level within their professions. <br />1.3.5 Communication Access <br />Effective communication using Project Partners equipment is <br />another key factor. Our employees, particularly our inspectors, <br />will have a pager/cell phone providing immediate access to <br />them. In addition, we will provide other forms of electronic <br />communication to our employees. <br />1.4 Designated Representative <br />Project Partners has been working with the City of Santa Ana <br />for several years. Due to the importance of the City's projects <br />and the need to maintain consistency in delivering quality as <br />needed services, Project Partners will dedicate its founder and <br />CEO as the principal contact for the City. Mr. Kimo Look is a <br />professional engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in <br />municipal projects. He has worked with a variety of public and <br />private organizations in capacities ranging from hydraulic <br />researcher through senior project manager.
