The lowest <br />bid was submitted by Sol Construction, Inc. for $236,690 which is below <br />the Engineer's estimate of $304,000. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />An Environmental Impact Review No. 2008-50 has been completed and a <br />Categorical Exemption will be filed for the project pursuant to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$278,200 for the project (Exhibit 2).
