They indicated the extension will provide Fairview with a <br />continuous six lane facility from the San Diego Freeway to the Garden <br />Grove Freeway. <br />Since CALTRANS and FHWA are both <br />City desires the opportunity to <br />funding, staff is recommending the <br />the additional work requested by <br />additional items is $34,855. <br />participants in this project and the <br />apply for future State and Federal <br />project scope be revised to include <br />CALTRANS and FHWA.
