Tierra de las Pampas <br />January 25, 2008 <br />P=ge 3 <br />Project Design Team <br />The project design team continues the same professionals who worked on the preliminary <br />design for Tierra de las Pampas - -Ann Christoph, Landscape Architect, FASLA; Tony <br />Alves of GPRA, Architects and Dr. Phil Rundel, biological consultant. Added to the team <br />for preparation of contract documents will be the technical consultants: Southwest Group, <br />mechanical and electrical engineering; Neno Grguric, Structures, Inc., structural <br />engineering; Steve Ray, RHA Engineering, Civil Engineer; and Art Guy, Borthwick Guy <br />Bettenhausen, Irrigation Consultant Information on project team members is attached. <br />Scone of Work and Outline of Project Tasks <br />Task 1- Initial Project Coordination <br />Two meetings with City and Zoo representatives to resolve any remaining specifics <br />including utilities. (Landscape Architect, Architect, 2 meetings) <br />Task 2 - Development of Construction Drawings <br />A. Landscape Architecture <br />The landscape architect will provide the following services: <br />1. Coordination with sub - consultants and design oversight <br />2. Hard line site plan layout <br />3. Concept site grading plan <br />4. Design details for retaining walls, fencing and barriers. The structural engineer <br />will provide structural design for retaining walls for the moat area. <br />5. Planting plan <br />6. Cover sheet <br />B. Civil Engineering <br />The Civil Engineer, RHA Engineering, will provide the following services: <br />I. Site plan layout, based on approved site plan and hard line site plan (above). <br />2. Site demolition plan <br />3. Erosion control plan, if required <br />4. Site grading plan <br />5. Site drainage plan <br />6. Quantity estimates <br />7. Horizontal control plan, including an Autocad file for construction <br />layout and staking purposes. <br />
