I ~~~ ~ of Work Task 4.3 Prepare for and Attend Public Hearings Exhibit s While also not specified within the RFP, this proposal anticipates T&B Planning will participate in two (2) public hearings before the Planning Commission and/or the City Council. For purposes of budgeting this task, it is assumed that each public meeting or hearing would last no more than four (4) hours each. Task 4.4 Deliverables The proposed budget provided with this response to RFP includes reproduction and other related costs assuming the following deliverables. This proposal does not assume the preparation of visual aids, such as PowerPoint presentations or other visual displays, as it is understood that the City will prepare these as needed. The budget for this task accounts for the production of a total of 55 copies of the IS/MND document. The number of copies to be provided for the two iterations of the IS/MND indicated in the table below is estimation and not a fixed number. T&B Planning will provide the desired number of copies of the IS/MND in the Administrative Drafr, Public Review Drafr, and Final stages; however, any additional copies greater than a total of 55 shall be prepared at cost and only upon the written approval of the City of Santa Ana.
