~~ 1 J of Work S.~ Exhibit B We recommend that the City forward copies of the public comment letters to T&B Planning as they aze received, and then send us the complete set of original letters at the close of the public comment period. This will ensure that we have a complete package and to allow for scanning at the best quality possible. If any comments necessitate an expanded scope of analysis in the EIR, we will immediately evaluate our scope of work and notify the City. It is very unlikely that public comment on the NOP would necessitate expanding the anticipated scope of the EIR. PllaSe 3 -FINAL INITIAL STUDY/MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION Task 3.1 Consideration of Public Comment Upon completion of the 45-day public review period, T&B Planning will review all comment letters, and evaluate the IS/MND for CEQA adequacy, in consideration of the submitted comments. In response to letters of comment, revisions may be necessary to the IS/MND which will be discussed with the City and authorized prior to changes being made to the document. For purposes of this proposal, our budget assumes that only minor changes would be necessary to the document in response to public comment. Task 3.2 Preparation of Final IS/MND Following consideration of the public comment letters and any changes to the text of the IS/MND, T&B Planning will prepare a Final IS/MND for review by City staff. Pursuant to receiving the City's approval, T&B Planning will prepaze copies of the Final IS/MND for use by the decision-makers during the public hearing stages. Task 3.3 Prepare and Post Notice of Determination Within five (5) business days of certification of the IS/MND by the Lead Agency, T&B Planning will prepare and post a Notice of Determination (NOD) for the proposed project with the county clerk. The NOD will identify and describe the project, indicate the date of project approval, and state that the project will have no significant environmental effect and that a Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared. P{laSe 4 -PROJECT COORDINATION AND PROCESSING Task 4.1 Coordinate Activities T&B Planning will take an active role in the coordination of the environmental analysis via phone and a-mail, including coordination with the City planning and/or engineering staff; and coordination with other City departments and agencies,as necessary. Task 4.2 Prepare for and Attend Working Meeti s While not specified within the RFP, this proposal anticipates T&B Planning will participate in up to two (2) working meetings, comprising a duration of two (2) hours each.
