C , -W- <br />Establish work schedule and staffing — Review all work requirements, density of building, <br />physical layout, and time constraints, structures a plan for cleaning the facility, then most <br />effective work flow possible. <br />Establish start-up special crew — BBMC will furnish additional experienced <br />start-up special crew to assist the Contract Manager and On -site supervisors <br />for trouble free start and to improve work quality during the first 30 days of start <br />up period. <br />Review and revise Safety Program to site- specific. <br />Complete transfer of the certificate of Insurance. <br />Debrief On -site Managers and Customer Service representatives on details of <br />the service plan and employee training. <br />Site office setup <br />Review equipment, supplies and submit MSDS sheets for chemical used on -site. <br />Introduce Contract Manager and On -site Supervisors to Property Management. <br />Interview for all positions incumbent employees fro employment. <br />Conduct initial training with hired incumbent workers and new employees to introduce <br />company rules, safety program, working rules, emergency contact number, etc. <br />Review trash removal procedures including recycling program. <br />Organize all equipment and supply storage. <br />Set delivery time for supplies and equipment. <br />Introduce Bell Building Maintenance Custodial Staff to Property Management. <br />Review keying /security procedure. <br />Review janitor log book implementation. <br />Set up daily, periodic work schedules and inspection schedules. <br />Deliver and confirm emergency phone list, and customer service guideline. <br />Perform a test run of communication system, software and emergency response system. <br />
