For this service, bids were solicited and <br />opened on March 13, 2008, and evaluated (exhibit 1) . A summary of the bid <br />invitations and bids received is as follows: <br />14 Requests For Bid mailed <br />3 Requests For Bid mailed to Santa Ana vendors <br />7 Bids received <br />2 Bids received from Santa Ana vendors. <br />Bids were received, opened on March 13, 2008 and evaluated. The bids from <br />PeopleKeepers LLC and Venturi Staffing Partners are responsive to the <br />specifications and meet the City's requirements.
