In <br />addition, self-assessment evaluations and qualitative interviews by staff determine progress. Annually an <br />assessment of the program's effectiveness indicated by strength of participant -reported feedback, community <br />support, quality of collaborative partnerships, and confidence of community and government social services to <br />offer referrals and form collaborations is also conducted.
