(3) Recordkeepi ng of Ongoi ng M ai ntenanoe under the L BP Reqs I f the cervi ces and program activi ti es provi ded by SU BRECI PI ENT hereunder establ i sh an ongoi ng rel ati onshi p with a property (such as I ong term tenant based rental assi stance program [Subpart M] or transi ti onal or permanent housi ng operated or admi ni stered by the SU B RECI PI ENT), then the SU BRECI R ENT shall provide a report to the CITY evidencing that SU BRECI PI ENT and/or the property owner(s), as apps i cabs e, has performed ongoi ng mai ntenance of the subject property. Ongoi ng mai ntenanoe shat i i nd ude evi dence of an annual d eerance certifi cati on of the subj ect residenti al property conducted by a DHS certi fieri techni ci an to ensure that L BP hazard reducti on measures are ma ntai ned. All maintenance activities shall be conducted to ensure the threat of LBP hazards is minimized. (4) Recordkeepi ng under the LBP Reqs The SUBRECI PI ENT shall keep records of di stri buti on of notifi cati ons, al I visual tet, eval uati ons, i nspecti ons, repai rs, and any other I ead hazard eval uati on, reducti on, safe work practi oes, and dearanoe activiti es.
