(g) Application Veracity. All provisi ons of and information provided in SU BRECI PI ENT' S application for funding submitted to CITY i nd udi ng any exhi bits are true and correct in al I material respects (h) No Pending Investigation. (b) SU BRECI PI ENT shal I provi de a noti ce to al I resi dentstocc upants of residential property that is under its ownershi p, possession, or control and/or residential property occupi ed by persons or farm I i es that reoeive fi nand al or other assi stance from SU BRECI PI ENT i n accordance wi th Secti on 35.125 of the L B P Regs (i) SU B RECI PI ENT acknowl edges that i n connecti on therewi th a vi sual assessment i s not coni dered an eval uati on for purposes of the L BP Regs (c) Notification (24CFR 35130) SUBRECI PI ENT shall provide the LBP hazard information pamphlet in accordance with Section 35.130 of the LBP Regs to all occupants, owners, and purchasers of housing.
