I f the cervi ces and program acts vi ti es provi ded by SU BRECI R ENT hereunder establ i sh an ongoi ng rel ati onshi p with a property (such as long term tenant based rental assistance program [Subpart M] or transi- ti ona l or permanent hoasi ng operated or admi ni stered by the SU BRECI R ENT), then the SU B RECI R ENT shal I provi de a report to the CI TY evi denci ng that SU B RECI R ENT and/or the property owner(s), as apps i cabl e, has performed ongoi ng mai ntenance of the subj ect property. Ongoi ng mall ntenance shal I i nd ude evi dence of an annual d eaance certifi cati on of the subj ect resi denti al property conducted by a DHS oertifi ed techni ci an to ensure that L BP hazard reduo- ti on measures are mai ntai ned.
