In this regard, CITY advises SU BRECI PI ENT that Subpart M requires HQS i nspec- <br />ti on of each dwel I i ng uni t pri or to occupancy and pri or to comps i anoe wi th appl i cabl a noti fi ca - <br />ti on, eval uad on by vi suai assessment, reducti on through pai nt stabi I izati on uti I i zi ng safe work <br />practi ces, and d earance requi rements of the L BP REGS. <br />(e) Lead Hazard Reduction Work. Confirmation of clearance by written certifi ca - <br />ti on of a qual if i ed i nspector i s requi red on an annual basi s i n connecti on wi th submi ttai of the <br />April 15 quarterly report. <br />(f) On-going Maintenance. SU BRECI PI ENT shall incorporate ongoing LBP <br />mai nteiance acti vi ti es i nto regul ar bui I di ng operati ons i n accordance with Seth on 35.1355(a) for <br />ail residential property that is under its ownership, possession, or control and/or residential prop- <br />erty occupi ed by persons or fami I i es that recei ve fi nanci al or other assi stance from <br />SUBRECIPIENT, except as exempted asdescribed in subsection 4(d)(i)(1) above. <br />Il <br />
