CSP wil produce a report on the number of beds assigned to Santa Ana youth. <br />Also, prior to youth's departure, CSP will gather information about their future living conditions and stability, <br />whether the youth will be reunified with their families or referred to alternative placements. Through follow-up <br />phone calls, CSP will confirm the youth's placement and level of appropriate living situation. CSP's tracking will <br />provide the City of Santa Ana with information on how many youth return home to their parents and how many <br />transition into alternative placements and or/ receive other resources or referrals. <br />Exhibit A-1 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
