DBA Excel Paving Company Long Beach $4,293,901.90 <br />A total of seven bids were received and all were responsive. The lowest <br />bid was submitted by R.J. Noble Company, for $3,294,332, which is below <br />the Engineer's estimate of $3,888,975. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />ER no. 2005-93 was filed for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$4,447,300 for the project (Exhibit 2). Funds are available in the <br />Select Street Construction Fund (account no. 59-551-6631) and the Measure <br />M Street Construction Fund (account no. 32-551-6631). <br />~C <br />----- <br />James G.
