<br />KEY PERSONNEL
<br />Assisting Andrea Galvin will be Associate Architectural Historian Christeen Taniguchi who is experienced with research
<br />and documentation of historic districts, sites, buildings and structures having evaluated hundreds of historic buildings
<br />and structures for Section 106 and CEQA level compliance using State of California DPR523 form sets. She has five
<br />years of experience creating Caltrans documents such as Historic Property Survey Reports, Historical Resources
<br />Evaluation Reports and Finding of Effects reports. She has successfully completed National Register of Historic Places
<br />nominations, and has been project manager and participant for several historical surveys. She has also spent three
<br />years with the National Park Service as an Architectural Historian, preparing HABS/HAER documents for the Library of
<br />Congress, organizing conferences and workshops, maintaining the National Historic Landmarks program, reviewing
<br />Federal grant applications, and preparing research reports.
<br />Christine earned a Master's degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's
<br />degree in History from the University of California at Los Angeles.'
<br />Geotechnical Engineering

<br />President/CEO and Principal Engineer Henry F. Kling will lead all required geotechnical efforts. He is a Licensed Civil
<br />and Geotechnical Engineer in the State of California and a Licensed Civil Engineer in Nevada and Arizona with over 30
<br />years experience in the geotechnical engineering and soils/materials testing fields. He has extensive experience in
<br />California for a wide range of projects including: design and construction of major residential hillside development
<br />projects, design, and construction of major road alignments, landslide and slope stability investigations, and
<br />infrastructure projects including pipelines and reservoirs. He has provided geotechnical review services to many public
<br />agencies including San Clemente, Dana Point, and Laguna Beach, and participated in the coastal bluff study for the City
<br />of Encinitas and the initial investigation of the La Ventana landslide in the Cities of Dana Point and San Clemente. He
<br />has been retained as an expert for a wide range of projects within the California counties of San Diego, Orange, San
<br />Bernardino, Los Angeles, Ventura, Contra Costa, and Alameda, as well as Las Vegas, Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona. The
<br />geotechnical issues investigated have included expansive soil reactions, slope stability, settlement, landsliding, and
<br />groundwater. He has participated and provided testimony in expert depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
<br />Hydrology
<br />Kennedy Jenks was founded in San Francisco by Clyde C. Kennedy in 1919, and has helped pioneer consulting
<br />engineering in the western United States. The firm offers complete engineering, environmental science, and

<br />Robert Owens II, PE, will lead all hydrology -related efforts related to City projects. With over 30 years' experience in
<br />civil and environmental services, his experience includes planning, design, construction, financial, and management
<br />aspects for a wide range of projects involving water, wastewater, and private residential and commercial development.
<br />His projects have been located throughout California and Arizona and include: management of the Creek Discharge
