CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTING SERVICES QUALIFICATIONS <br />SECTION 2.0 — PUBLIC AGENCY PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Chambers Group has prepared thousands of CEQA environmental documents and related technical <br />studies, including EIRs, Program and Supplemental EIRs, Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, and <br />Mitigated Negative Declarations. The firm has also prepared biological and cultural resource studies as <br />well as regulatory permitting applications. In addition, Chambers Group has worked on environmental <br />projects in Orange County for nearly 30 years. Per the City's RFQ, the project descriptions included in <br />this section have been selected to provide a representative overview of projects involving related <br />experience. <br />Orange County Great Park Addendum EIR <br />City of Irvine, Redevelopment Department, sub to PBS&J <br />Project Description: Review the OCGP FEIR Addendum. Review Preliminary OCGP Master Plan for <br />conformance with the FEIR. Prepare Addendum Section 2.0, Project Description, to include (Location, <br />Characteristics, Components and Discretionary Approvals). The Project Description will also include <br />references to key elements of the Preliminary OCGP Master Plan. Identify impacts and mitigation <br />measures associated with implementation of the OCGP Master Plan requiring assessment in the up- <br />coming Addendum. This effort includes an evaluation of the Master Plan conformance with the Threshold <br />of Significance Criteria in the FEIR. For those resource areas that potentially have impacts that differ from <br />those addressed in the FEIR, Chambers proposes to prepare a preliminary analysis of the Master Plan's <br />conformity with the FEIR. Prepare and submit Final FEIR Addendum to the City of Irvine. Attend up to <br />three CEQA Task related project management meetings. Public hearings are not expected to be a part of <br />the FEIR Addendum. <br />Year Completed: December 2007 <br />Client Name/Contact: Glen Worthington, Mgr of Planning & Env Svcs, <br />Orange County Great Park Corporation, (949) 724-7406 <br />Brea Canon Estates Specific Plan EIR <br />City of Brea, Orange County <br />Project Description: The project applicant, Brea Hills, LLC, proposed to develop a 38.7 -acre parcel <br />located along the west side of Brea Boulevard, west of the Orange (SR -57) Freeway, in the City of Brea's <br />sphere of influence. The proposed project included the development of 81 single-family residences in two <br />neighborhoods, an open space area, and continued oil production facilities. A Speck Plan was prepared <br />for the proposed project. Because the project must comply with CEQA, an EIR was prepared on the <br />Specific Plan. At a minimum, the proposed project would require discretionary approval of a Specific Plan <br />application, Tentative Tract Map, Development Agreement, and General Plan Amendment.
