CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTING SERVICES QUALIFICATIONS <br />Serrano Creek Biological Monitoring <br />County of Orange, Resources & Development Management Department <br />For the County of Orange Regulatory Permit Services, Chambers Group biologists conducted protocol <br />least Bell's vireo surveys, as needed monitoring for maintenance activities, conduct annual vegetation <br />survey, prepare the annual monitoring report, update Environmental Studio databases, develop a <br />comprehensive work plan for ongoing O&M for RDMD projects, and attend meetings and coordinate with <br />County and Agency staff. <br />SCE Viejo System 66kV Project <br />Prime Client: California Public Utilities Commission <br />Sub Client: Aspen Environmental Group <br />Chambers Group prepared the land use and cultural resources analyses for CEQA compliance for the <br />Southern California Edison's Viejo System Project. This project included the construction of the Viejo <br />Substation on a 12.5 -acre site adjacent to SR 241 in the City of Lake Forest, the addition of a new 3.1 - <br />mile 66 kV line between the Chiquita and Viejo Substations, the replacement of 20 double -circuit tubular <br />steel poles with 13 H -frame structures, and the replacement of three 220 kV lattice towers to relocate 0.3 <br />miles of 220 kV line into the Viejo Substation. The proposed project will improve reliability and meet <br />projected electrical load requirements in the south Orange County area. The project route traversed <br />hillside residential areas south of SR 241 (Foothill Transportation Corridor) through the communities of <br />Mission Viejo and Lake Forest. Adjacent land uses primarily included residences and parks. The <br />proposed Viejo Substation site was located adjacent to a business park just north of SR 241. The <br />proposed Viejo Substation was also located within a large culturally sensitive area north of EI Toro Road <br />which encompassed several specific resource sites. <br />Irvine Guideway Demonstration Project EIR <br />Parsons Brinkerhoff Quade & Douglas, Inc. <br />Chambers Group prepared the Biological Resources and Cultural Resources sections of the Guideway <br />Demonstration Project EIR for the City, as a subconsultant to Parsons Brinckerhoff,. Chambers Group <br />conducted literature reviews, record searches, and a reconnaissance -level biological survey of the project <br />area to characterize the general environmental conditions and assess potential impacts on biological and <br />cultural resources in the project area. <br />Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for Conditional Use Permit 39150 for Irvine Hand <br />Car Wash <br />City of Irvine <br />The project site is located at 18011 Culver Drive, in the southwest corner of Culver Drive and Michelson <br />Street. The applicant, J.M. Burnstine Company, requested approval of Conditional Use Permit 39150 - <br />CPU to allow modification of an existing full service car wash center. The proposed components include <br />a lube shop, customer lounge and other minor modifications. An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration, in accordance with CEQA Section 21000 and the City of Irvine CEQA Procedures, was <br />prepared for Conditional Use Permit 39150. <br />Peer Review for Harvard Square Project <br />City of Irvine <br />Chambers Group conducted a peer review for the City, of applicant -prepared studies including <br />geotechnical, cultural/paleontological, Phase I site assessment, and noise studies. The technical studies <br />were prepared for proposed Zane Change 40619-ZC, Tentative Tract 40620 -TT, Master Plan 40622 -MP, <br />and Park Plan 40625 -PP (Parklane Homes). <br />Chambers Group 9 Certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise • Small Business Enterprise 11 <br />
