CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTING SERVICES QUALIFICATIONS <br />corridor through the Great Park will provide the link that ties the corridor from the Cleveland National <br />Forest, through the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park, Crystal Cove State Park, and finally all the way to the <br />Pacific Ocean. <br />Orange County Great Park Addendum EIR <br />City of Irvine, Redevelopment Department, sub to PBS&J <br />Review the OCGP FEIR Addendum. Review Preliminary OCGP Master Plan for conformance with the <br />FEIR. Prepare Addendum Section 2.0, Project Description, to include (Location, Characteristics, <br />Components and Discretionary Approvals). The Project Description will also include references to key <br />elements of the Preliminary OCGP Master Plan. Identify impacts and mitigation measures associated with <br />implementation of the OCGP Master Plan requiring assessment in the up -coming Addendum. This effort <br />includes an evaluation of the Master Plan conformance with the Threshold of Significance Criteria in the <br />FEIR. For those resource areas that potentially have impacts that differ from those addressed in the <br />FEIR, Chambers proposes to prepare a preliminary analysis of the Master Plan's conformity with the <br />FEIR. Prepare and submit Final FEIR Addendum to the City of Irvine. Attend up to three CEQA Task <br />related project management meetings. Public hearings are not expected to be a part of the FEIR <br />Addendum. <br />EI Toro Road Archaeological Monitoring for Wireless Vault <br />Prime Client: The Planning Consortium <br />A site inspection and monitoring were conducted prior to a wireless vault being placed in the ground. A <br />letter report was prepared indicating it was a historical site. The project was cancelled when State <br />Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO) approval was not obtained. <br />Environmental Information Form, Lake Forest Golf Center Barrier Fencing <br />Prime Client: American Golf Corp. <br />Sub Client: <br />Preparation of County of Orange Environmental Information Form for New Barrier Fencing at the Lake <br />Forest Golf Center in the City of Lake Forest. The new barrier fencing raised the height of existing <br />fencing by 25'. The new barrier fencing totaled 100'. <br />Serrano Creek Community Park Habitat Mitigation Project <br />City of Lake Forest <br />As -needed Maintenance Monitoring. Chambers Group will provide expert guidance and <br />recommendations for ongoing maintenance activities and remedial measures and will conduct (as - <br />needed) monitoring of habitat mitigation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with relevant <br />conditions of the applicable regulatory permits and adherence to the existing Habitat Management Plan <br />for the Serrano Creek Community Park Project. Annual Vegetation Sampling. Chambers Group will <br />conduct annual site surveys to measure and record vegetation conditions within the City of Lake Forest's <br />mitigation areas and to evaluate mitigation performance pursuant to the performance criteria specified in <br />the existing Habitat Management Plan. Annual Report Preparation. Chambers Group will document the <br />findings of the site surveys in an annual monitoring report.
