T&B Planning's environmental professional staff is skilled at preparing and processing CEQA documents, including but not limited to, Environmental Assessments, Initial Studies, Notices of Preparation, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Addenda, Supplemental EIRs, and Subsequent EIRs. T&B Planning has prepared hundreds of CEQA documents serving both public and private sector clients. Within the 2007 calendar year, the firm provided services to clients with projects in the County of Riverside, City of Hemet, City of Perris, City of Oceanside, City of San Diego, and County of San Diego. Documents have been successfully completed by T&B Planning for a wide variety of projects ranging from two -lot parcel maps to circulation element roadways and highways, community plans, master -planned communities, mining operations, hotels and resorts, schools and universities. Permit processing and assistance with state and federal resource agency permitting is also performed by the firm's environmental services staff.
