Our success is driven by our unique integration of professional planning, design, environmental, and graphic considerations into our planning philosophy. The synergy offered by the combination of these services results in a comprehensive approach to planning that is responsive to the practical, environmental, legal, and jurisdictional challenges associated with each project. To achieve this synergy, T&B Planning often serves in the lead role on project teams, and manages the project team members to ensure that key milestones are met and technical documents and plans are responsive to the requirements of the local jurisdiction. T&B Planning staff specializes in the preparation and processing of a variety of planning documents and permits. Documents that we have successfully prepared include varied -scale community and neighborhood plans; master plans; specific plans; plan amendments; redevelopment plans; design guidelines and development standards; and zoning standards. T&B Planning is currently preparing numerous Specific Plans and Master Plans in western Riverside County, the Coachella Valley, and San Diego County. T&B Planning also conducts due diligence research and prepares and processes conditional use permits, major use permits, rezones, planned development permits, conceptual landscape plans, and amendments to local land use plans and local coastal programs. Our planning services are supported by professional staff with experience in such fields as urban and regional planning, public administration, real estate, civil engineering, law, architecture and landscape architecture.
