Produced event with live entertainment, <br />program, VIP reception, and media relations. The event <br />garnered media coverage from ABC7, NBC, Telemundo, <br />Pasadena Now, and Univision. The event attendance was over <br />15,000. <br />Green Port Fair Highlighted the Port's environmental initiatives, and goal to <br />become the world's first zero emissions port. Zero emission <br />Long Beach equipment displays, harbor tours, live music, food court, beer <br />and wine garden, and children's train rides. A photography <br />wall with the Port's history, program featured the port's <br />initiatives and career opportunities to include interactive <br />booths staffed by the Port. Produced live event with <br />entertainment, activities, and the program. The event drew <br />local media coverage and an attendance of over 6,500. <br />3'd Annual Grand Parade Dia de Celebration of Dia de los Muertos in the City of Long Beach <br />los Muertos & conceptualized by the agency. The celebration started with a <br />Arte y Ofrendas Festival parade production in the morning that was livestreamed by <br />ABC7 digital channels to include Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, and <br />Long Beach Google TV and continued with the festival that ended at <br />10pm. The festival had local groups and performers, featured <br />El Dasa as part of the entertainment line-up, VIP area, <br />children's area, mercado, food court, and tequila tasting area. <br />The parade had over 9,500 spectators and was a special <br />broadcast the next day on Estrella TV. The 2-day festival had <br />over 15,000 attendees. <br />Memorial Day Observance ARAS has produced the annual event at the largest cemetery <br />Whittier in the US for the past 8 years.
