4 <br />•Establish a schedule for the PMT meetings (Task 1.3), <br />•Confirm communication protocols, <br />•Review the Public Involvement Plan prepared by the ZCU Consultant, <br />•Discuss the objectives and the potential strategies for the Grassroots Engagement Plans <br />(Task 2.2), and <br />•Discuss the specific metrics and plan for the baseline and reporting on measurable <br />outcomes for each of the three REAP 2.0 funding objectives (Accelerating infill <br />development; Affirmatively furthering fair housing; Reducing vehicle miles traveled). <br />Task 1.1 Deliverables: Attendance at kickoff meeting. <br />Task 1.2: Project Management Plan and Schedule <br />This task left intentionally blank (see SCP CEEEJ Consultant SOW for information about Task 1.2) <br />Task 1.2 Deliverables: No deliverables for CV. <br />Task 1.3: Project Management Team Meetings <br />The CV Project Manager shall participate in monthly PMT check-in meetings (up to 6, each one- <br />hour long). During the meetings, CV will participate in ongoing discussions and management of <br />the Grassroots Engagement Plans (Task 2.2). In addition, the team will use the meetings to <br />provide updates on project progress, identify and plan for upcoming tasks, and anticipate any <br />concerns or challenges. The SCP CEEEJ Consultant will conduct the meetings. <br />Task 1.3 Deliverables: Attendance at up to six (6) PMT meetings. <br />Task 1.4: Monthly Invoicing and Reporting <br />CV shall prepare monthly invoices and reports in accordance with SCAG invoicing and reporting <br />methodologies. Each report will follow a format approved by the SCAG Project Manager. CV will <br />track and report critical path activities and milestones, and prepare and submit monthly <br />progress reports to SCAG. Monthly progress reports shall detail the work performed and <br />deliverables completed during the previous month, identify any issues encountered, and provide <br />proposed solution(s) to address said concerns. <br />Each monthly progress report will, at a minimum, include: <br />•Summary <br />•Progress narrative <br />•Description of tasks completed <br />•Project schedule describing the percentage of each task/deliverable/milestone
