Our approach is designed to exceed <br />expectations by emphasizing communication, compliance, and environmental <br />responsibility at every project phase. <br />APPROACH TO RENDERING SERVICE: <br />• Conduct a comprehensive site visit and hazard assessment prior to <br />mobilization. <br />• Coordinate and obtain city permit applications and all required regulatory <br />notifications including SCAQMD Rule 1403 and Cal/OSHA requirements. <br />• Schedule and.perform asbestos and/or lead abatement using certified <br />personnel and EPA -compliant disposal methods. <br />• Execute systematic structural demolition with an emphasis on minimizing <br />dust, noise, and impact to the surrounding community. <br />• Recycle and salvage materials to the greatest extent possible to support <br />the City's environmental goals. <br />• Finalize site work through debris removal, backfill, grading, and erosion <br />control installation to leave the site clean and stabilized. <br />4 <br />
