The <br />service does not require any specific hardware or software requirements from the County. No <br />components or specific configurations are required to use the service. So loog as the County user has a <br />telephone and web-enabled device (e.g. computer) available, the user can send a message. The user can <br />also record and send a message using only a telephone when necessary. The service is fully independent <br />of the County's IT hardware and telecommunication system. Contractor utilizes an open architecture to <br />allow for rapid expansion as our clients' needs grow. The architecture exists 00 hardware ranging from <br />Dell web and application servers, to Cisco networking equipment, to EMC storage arrays. <br /> <br />3. Stamnlf: Contractor shall provide staffing as specified in Attachment C. <br /> <br />4. ImDlemeutado. Servl_: Contractor shall perfonn and complete the services, tasks, and obligations in <br />accordance with Attachment 0, "Implementation PlanIProject Schedule". <br /> <br />S. TrlIl.l-. Muuu aDd Documentation: The Contractor shall provide County with and maintain two <br />(2) copies of a comprehensive Public Mass NotifICation System Manual designed to document the <br />proposed solutions software functions, guide trained users on detail process steps and train future users. <br />Additionally, technical specifications, including a network diagram of the systems architecture, data <br />dictionary and data schema, shall be provided to allow proper maintenance of the System by County <br />network and database administrator staff. The County may copy all Manuals and Documentation provided <br />by Contractor for use and distribution to County public safety departments as needed. The contractor <br />shall provide all technical, administrative and user training required for county staff to use the software <br />solution. <br /> <br />6. SUDoon Services: <br />Contractor shall provide support services in accordance with Attachment E to this Contract. <br /> <br />7. Tad.1! and Acc:eotance: Contractor shall provide a testing and acceptance plan (Attachment F) to be <br />agreed to and completed by County prior to award of Contract. Said tasks shall include, but shall not be <br />limited to verifying: system installation and configuration, tiered administration, user creation and <br />management, County-wide data and map import, reconciliation and maintenance, citizen opt-in data <br />processes, custom and geographic call list generation, outbound telephone message launch, outbound e- <br />mail message launch, use of surveys, monitoring of outbound session activ ity and validation of reports. <br /> <br />8.
