J <br />Work Plan — Scope of Work 'a <br />❖ Current inventory and pavement conditions indices (PQ shown in digital tabular format <br />for all road classes and surface types (pavement condition report, priority listings) <br />❖ Projected annual repair /rehabilitation programs for street maintenance, for each street, for <br />the 7 -year period (Forecast Maintenance Report) that demonstrates the largest return on <br />investment and brings pavement conditions to an acceptable level <br />❖ Demonstration /comparison of budget scenarios (i.e. maintain current PCI; reach a PCI of <br />80 within seven years, constrained, etc.) <br />❖ Strategies and recommendations for the City's Maintenance programs and procedures, <br />including a preventative maintenance schedule <br />❖ Supporting documentation required by OCTA <br />❖ A detailed breakdown of deferred maintenance (backlog) which will allow the City to <br />measure and understand its impact to current and future capital projects <br />Additionally, we will work closely with City staff in the preparation and presentation of our Final <br />Report (PowerPoint format) to City Council and/or upper management. This will include a one- <br />hour presentation to City staff and a general, fifteen minute, non - technical presentation for City <br />Council. <br />Deliverable: Three copies (one original) of the Draft Pavement Management Program <br />Report, in binder form, to be reviewed by the City. Three (3) copies of the Final Pavement <br />Management Program Report will be sent once all comments and reviews are completed by <br />City. Digital copies of the final report will also be delivered for the City convenience.
