Main Purpose of Program <br />Taller San Jose (St. Joseph's Workshop} has one focused mission —to �'young <br />a�dself-reliantl8iant <br />out of poverty through job training programs that offer the hope of a productive <br />future. Young people in Santa Ana, who have not completed <br />d high ficant obstacles. The goal is to assist youth to become economic self-sufficient relatively <br />ployability and <br />short period of time through intensive hands-on Job training coipled with em <br />social development. <br />Job -training at TSJ takes place over a 16 week period. During job -training, participants train <br />four days a week and are provided opportunities for completing a high school diploma,mentor- <br />fourtutoring sessions, and support services such <br />stilendtep meetings. for the durationofthe r parts pation <br />are interns of Taller San Jose and paid a monetary p <br />in the program.
